By halting military aid, President Trump is putting pressure on the Ukraine to negotiate a peace. This is something that President Biden refused to do, resulting in $Billions$ of U.S. Taxpayer dollars being funneled to the Ukraine.
Why would President Biden want to continue funding and fighting the war?
